Violet has been "close to walking" for quite some time now. Pulling up, pushing herself to standing unassisted, pushing things around the house, taking maybe a step here and there. However, this morning, "close to walking" transitioned to full-fledged walking. She took like 3-4 steps every time she stood up. By the end of the day today, she was taking 6, 7, 8 steps at a time. She is so incredibly precious to us. We are amazed at how quickly and beautifully she is changing and growing. She will celebrate her first birthday in about 6 weeks. She is exploring lots of new sounds, as she attempts new words. She is trying new foods and drinking from her own cup. I am so proud to be her mommy.
